What if I just had a reading—should I wait before starting? Nope. In fact, this is the best time to begin. You’re still connected to the clarity and momentum. We’ll build on that while it’s fresh and alive.

I’ve never worked with a coach before—is this too deep for a first step? Not at all. This isn’t a big, high-pressure transformation program. It’s consistent support from someone who sees you and helps you take the next step—then the next.
