Shipping Policy
All original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with insurance.
• Free shipping within the contiguous United States
• Prints, decks, and other small items typically ship within 5 to 7 business days
• Original paintings typically ship within 7 to 14 days after payment is complete
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier

International Shipping
International shipping is not available online at this time. If you’re outside the United States, email hello@jasleni.com and I’ll gladly arrange a quote. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Reservations and Payment Plans
• A 25% deposit holds an original painting for 7 days.
• Payment plans are available for original paintings in four equal payments. The price stays the same, and the painting ships after the final payment.
• If the balance isn’t paid on time, the painting is released and your deposit is refunded, less payment processing fees.

Artwork Returns & Refunds
• Prints and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

• Original paintings may be returned for a full refund.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and safely packaged.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Oracle Deck Returns
​​• Oracle decks are final sale and non-refundable.
• If your deck arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@jasleni.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• I will gladly send a replacement.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. If your painting arrives damaged, please email info@jaslenidesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging, since it may be needed.. I will handle the claim on my end and work to make it right.

For prints, oracle decks, and all other items: once a package is handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If something arrives damaged, email info@jaslenidesigns.com within 7 days with photos and your order number and I'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products
All digital downloads, including e-books and PDFs, are final sale.
Session Cancellations
(Intuitive Oracle Readings & Coaching Sessions)
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their session in full.
Artwork Care Instructions
• Keep artwork out of direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
• Avoid extreme heat or humidity, which can warp wood panels.
• If dusty, wipe gently with a dry cloth or paper towel.
• Do not use cleaning sprays, chemicals, or water on the artwork.
• Prints are best preserved framed behind glass.
