All original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

• Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days

International Shipping
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout when possible.
If your country is not listed, please email info@jaslenidesigns.com and we’ll help arrange shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Artwork Care Instructions
• Keep artwork out of direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
• Avoid extreme heat or humidity, which can warp wood panels.
• If dusty, wipe gently with a dry cloth or paper towel.
• Do not use cleaning sprays, chemicals, or water on the artwork.
• Prints are best preserved framed behind glass.
Artwork Returns & Refunds
• Prints and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

• Original paintings may be returned for a full refund.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and safely packaged.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Oracle Deck Returns

• If your deck arrives damaged or defective, please email info@jaslenidesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
