All original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
• Free shipping within the United States
• Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier
International Shipping
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout when possible.
If your country is not listed, please email info@jaslenidesigns.com and we’ll help arrange shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Artwork Returns & Refunds
• Prints and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Oracle Deck Returns
​​• Oracle decks are final sale and non-refundable.
• If your deck arrives damaged or defective, please email info@jaslenidesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• I will gladly send a replacement.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. If your painting arrives damaged, please email info@jaslenidesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim. I will handle the claim on my end and work to make it right.

For prints, oracle decks, and all other items: once a package is handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If something arrives damaged, email info@jaslenidesigns.com within 7 days with photos and your order number and I'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products
All digital downloads — including e-books and PDFs — are final sale and non-refundable.
Session Cancellations
(Intuitive Oracle Readings & Coaching Sessions)
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their session in full.
Artwork Care Instructions
• Keep artwork out of direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
• Avoid extreme heat or humidity, which can warp wood panels.
• If dusty, wipe gently with a dry cloth or paper towel.
• Do not use cleaning sprays, chemicals, or water on the artwork.
• Prints are best preserved framed behind glass.
